No. DietAdvisorApp does not offer traditional fixed meal plans or weekly diet programs. Instead, the AI analyzes your food and provides recommendations without rigid plans.

3. Does AI accurately recognize dishes?

Yes, our models are trained to recognize diverse cuisines, including complex home-cooked meals, their composition, and nutritional value.

4. Why is photographing food better than counting calories?

Calorie counting often becomes a tedious chore that causes people to quit diets. Photo analysis is faster, more visual, and helps develop intuitive eating habits.

5. How does the dinner planning function work?

Every workday after 4:30 PM, the system evaluates your daily eating history and suggests dinner recipes that best balance your daily macronutrient needs.

6. Can I get recipes from ingredients I have in the fridge?

Yes! Just enter your available ingredients, and the AI will generate 3 different healthy recipes tailored to your goals. This function works on weekdays after 4:30 PM and on weekends all day.

7. How does the voice function work for those with dyslexia?

Accessibility is important to us, so you can select the "Listen to recommendations" function in the app. The system will read all nutrition advice and recipes aloud.

8. Does the tool work for vegans or vegetarians?

Absolutely. The AI analyzes any type of food, and the recipe generation function adapts to your specified dietary principles.

9. How much does membership cost?

Monthly membership costs $18.99. It grants full access to AI analysis, the recipe generator, and the dinner planning tool.

10. Can I try the service for free?

Yes, we offer a one-week free trial to all new users, during which you can test all features without any commitment.

11. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

12. How can I pay for membership?

Payments are processed via the secure "Stripe" system. You can pay with all popular bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods supported by Stripe. Your payment data is encrypted and stored according to the highest security standards.

13. How to cancel subscription via "Stripe"?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Upon clicking the subscription management link, you will be redirected to the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can stop future payments with one click.

14. What happens if I cancel the subscription mid-month?

If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the current month, access to all "DietAdvisorApp" features will remain active until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not issued for the unused portion of the month – payment covers the entire current month during which the service is still provided to you.

15. How to enable sound (voice reading) on my phone?

If you don't hear sound when pressing "Listen to recommendations", first check if your device's "Media" volume is turned on. This function uses your browser's and operating system's (iOS or Android) integrated speech synthesizer.

16. Instructions by phone type:

• iPhone (iOS): Ensure the side "Silent Mode" switch is off. If the phone is in silent mode, browser audio is often blocked. Also check "Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Spoken Content".
• Android: Check "Media Volume" settings. It is also recommended to ensure "Google Text-to-Speech" (or "Speech Services by Google") is installed and updated on your phone.
• All Systems: If using Chrome or Safari browsers, check if you haven't blocked the page from playing sound automatically (Auto-play settings).
