Below is information on how to use your personal assistant.
You need an email and password to log in. When logging in subsequently, your phone should remember your credentials. iPhone users may be asked to re-enter credentials occasionally.
We can't always photograph what we eat—sometimes we forget, or simply don't want to. In such cases, you can manually enter data for food eaten or drinks consumed. Simply press "Yes" when the nutrition assistant asks, "Have there been any snacks, drinks, or meals you haven't logged yet?". The app helps you keep track of your intake by allowing for manual data entry when necessary, be honest and enter all food and drinks consumed. This data will be included in your daily history.
The app's advantage is that you can simply photograph food and drinks, and it will automatically analyze quantities. Photograph food in a well-lit area so the photo is clear and sharp. Try to have the food take up most of the frame and ensure it is clearly visible from above. Place your hand (palm down) next to the food so the app can more accurately estimate portion size. After snapping the photo, the app will provide analysis and informational insights based on food photos within seconds.
Once photographed, the food image will appear, with a field below for manually entering coffee or other drinks.
Pressing "Identify Dish" will analyze the photo, after which a description of the identified food will appear. If the food or drinks were identified incorrectly, you can correct them in the same text field.
Pressing "Analyze and Save" will provide insights about the food consumed and a recommendation for future meals.
If the app stops responding or runs slowly, try closing the browser tab and reopening the app. You can also try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari. If the problem persists, you need to clear your browser cache.

iPhone (iOS) Method. Simply deleting the icon from the screen usually does not clear the cache, so the problem may persist even after reinstalling.
The app has a button that allows you to listen to your daily report. This helps you better understand your eating habits and reach your goals. The button was created for users with dyslexia but can be useful for everyone.
